Items purchased cannot be replaced/exchanged if the product is tampered or if the seal is broken. However at the point of delivery if the product is found to be defective, customers should not to accept the product and the non acceptance of the product shall be intimated to us by email (email@example.com) containing the order number for processing the replacement of the product. Replacement process of the product will commence once we receive the defective product and is subject to the availability of the product. Replacement of the product is not applicable for any other reasons.
Self shipment of the product is not acceptable. Hence the defective product must be handed over to the logistic person at the time of delivery.
You can cancel your order only if the product has not been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. To cancel the order, contact our customer support team at 044-64531111. Our customer care associates can modify your order if you contact us before we have processed it.
